Dr. Grumbach routinely speaks on topics including career development, systems engineering, aerospace engineering, and futures thinking. He is a perennial speaker at the Alabama School of Cyber, Technology, and Engineering, has guest lectured at Purdue University and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and routinely speaks to professional organizations such as INCOSE and AIAA. He has previously served as a consultant for post-secondary education institutions.
